When he’s not making a difference in the community, you’ll find him rocking out on his bass guitar—living life with a bit of rhythm and a whole lot of heart

With 2 years in NDIS service delivery, she knows how healthcare meets community services. Outside of work, she’s into running, reading, and testing out new recipes in the kitchen.

Lakshika holds a Master of Public Health, equipping her with a solid background in research, data analysis, and health promotion. With over four years of experience in the NDIS sector, she has worked across community support, recruitment, support worker, and care coordination roles, bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded, and detail-oriented approach to her work. She is committed to delivering high-quality support and ensuring services are tailored, effective, and participant focused.

Outside of work, Lakshika enjoys playing the guitar, skating, badminton.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Conversational Hypnotherapy, providing her with a strong understanding of human behaviour and communication. Now working as a Scheduling Officer, she brings a thoughtful, organised, and people-focused approach to coordinating supports, drawing on her background in counselling and medical administration to ensure smooth and responsive service delivery.

Outside of work, Sara is a proud dog mum who enjoys pottery, yoga, and getting lost in a good book.

Mariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and a Master of Accounting, giving her a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, payroll, and financial reporting. With experience across internal auditing, finance, and NDIS-focused billing roles, she supports accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations across our services.

Outside of work, Mariel enjoys filming videos and photography, playing volleyball, cooking, and experimenting in the kitchen by making different kinds of sushi.

Ratheesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Finance, along with FIPA and FFA professional memberships. With over 20 years of experience in finance, he brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and financial expertise to the team, supporting sound decision-making and sustainable service delivery.

Outside of work, Ratheesh enjoys watching movies, travelling, and long drives. He is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Malayalam, allowing him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

With a Bachelor of Human Services, 2 years of experience in the NDIS sector and a passion for advocacy, Jae is all about helping Participants navigate the system and get the services they need. In her downtime, Jae enjoys watching YouTube Shorts, cooking, shopping, and discovering new restaurants.
